By creating an account or using Chaos & Wonder Plans, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What this is

Chaos & Wonder Plans creates personalized Disney World trip plans — park-day schedules, Lightning Lane strategy, dining ideas, and tips — from the details you provide.

Chaos & Wonder Plans is an independent planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World, or any of their affiliates. Disney, Walt Disney World, and related names and attractions are trademarks of their respective owners.

Plans are guidance, not guarantees

Plans are generated with the help of AI and a set of data we maintain, and Disney changes things often. Hours, ride closures, height requirements, Lightning Lane offerings and prices, event dates, show times, dining availability, and ticket prices can all change without notice, and we can make mistakes. Always confirm anything that matters with Disney directly — official park hours, height requirements, reservations, and anything related to accessibility, medical, or dietary needs — before you book or travel. We are not responsible for decisions you make or costs you incur based on a plan, including missed reservations, ride closures, or wait times that differ from what a plan suggests.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Give accurate information; you're responsible for the traveler details you enter.

Acceptable use

Use the service for planning your own trips. Please don't try to break or overload it, access other people's data, scrape it, resell plans, or use it for anything unlawful.

Payment and refunds

Each plan is a one-time purchase. The price is shown before you start and again before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. A purchase includes your plan, up to three regenerations, and the day edits shown in the app.

Because your plan is delivered the moment it is built, purchases are final once it has been generated, with these exceptions:

• If generating your plan fails or it comes out broken, we will rebuild it for free or refund you in full.
• If your plan is materially wrong in a way a regeneration or an edit cannot fix, contact us within 7 days and we will refund you.
• If you are charged twice for the same plan, we will refund the extra charge.

A plan that is simply not what you hoped for is not a reason for a refund, since the regenerations and edits included with your purchase are there to change it. To ask for a refund, email support@chaosandwonderplans.com from your account address.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us permission to use it to generate your plans and run the service. The plans we generate for you are yours to use for your own trip. The app itself — its design, code, and data — belongs to us.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limits on our liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan involved (or $50 if you haven't paid us anything).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change we'll update the date above; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
